A pH of 7.35 equates to -20 millivolts of electron donor. A pH of 7.44 is -25 millivolts of electron donor. To heal, we must make new cells. To make a new cell requires -50 millivolts. Chronic disease occurs when voltage drops below -20 and/or you cannot achieve -50 millivolts to make new cells. Thus chronic disease is always defined by having low voltage. In the 1920’s, inventor Royal Rife was known for his work in “high-magnification time-lapse cine-micrography,” which is just a fancy way for saying “new and improved microscope technology.” By the 1930’s, however, Rife had taken the same basic technology he used to improve upon microscopes and focused it on the substances he had been looking at: cancer cells. Rife conducted dozens of research projects using frequency waves and wrote thousands of pages on the subject during his lifetime. The whole of the Universe is energy and each basic element of the known atomic chart consists of energy at different rates of vibration. The difference between any two elements is the difference in both atomic structure and vibration rates.
There is a frequency or vibration of energy that fills the Universe. This energy is not only beneficial, but also essential to all living cells whether human, plant or animal. Man utilizes this energy with his mind. Every thought is transmitted by this energy. Every aspect of life in the physical depends on this basic energy or power of the Universe.
Constructive use (positive use) of this energy raises the level of consciousness of man and in turn raises his vibration rate or frequency. Every individual has a different rate of vibration. All of man’s earthly problems are created by his thought projections. What we project from our mind in the form of thoughts, we create and receive. Spiritual growth requires the elimination of all negative thought, which dissipates "the life force" or vital energy.
